Pool Sessions

Pool Sessions are held at Kendal Leisure Centre, currently on Saturday afternoons approx 2 per month (dependent on pool availability) from September through to April.

Next bank of sessions are:

September: 26th

October: 03rd, 17th, 24th, 31st

November: 21st

December: 12th

Format: 2 x 1hr sessions split as follows:

  16:00 - 17:00: Beginner Kayak and progressing boat skills, first session is for our beginners to get used to being in boats and others to continue to learn &  practice skills with coaches where applicable, no balls on the water, First spaces will go to any new paddlers, remaining on the usual first come first served.

  17:00 - 18:00: Club canoe polo with opportunities for newer paddlers to have a go. First spaces to club members.

Cost: 

  Red Rose Club Members: £8 for each 1hr session.

  First session (U18's): £5 for each 1hr session.

  18 and over or 2nd/further sessions: £10
